- EXPRESS DELIVERY - Order by Friday 21st December 13.00 GMT.
- STANDARD DELIVERY - Order by Friday 14th December 15.00 GMT.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY - Order by Monday 17th December 15.00 GMT.
PLEASE NOTE: Our HQ office and phone-lines will be closed for the Christmas period from 3pm Friday 21st December 2018 through to 9am Wednesday 2nd January 2019. Our Customer Service team will however be periodically answering customer email enquiries throughout this time, but please bare in mind there may be a slightly longer reply time than usual. You can return any new and unused item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship.
We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred for return postage. However, In this case, please contact us prior to returning your product for authorisation.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT (UNDERWEAR), WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WORN ITEMS
Product must be returned in its original packaging and will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are damaged or excessively worn. Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product and your address so that we can send a replacement back to you if necessary. If you require a refund, please state so.
